DECO’ - NAPOLI FOOD TRADE
I have a 700 sqm grocery store located in the historic center of Naples.
Unloading pallets from the truck to the store has been a problem from the start due to the loud noise produced by the carts moving over the uneven pavement, which has led to several lawsuits from the neighbors.
I tried to solve this bad situation by buying various types of pallet trucks, but since they were not suitable for outdoor use, they still made noise and often broke down.

COOP ALLEANZA 3.0
Coop Alleanza 3.0 is located inside the Andrea Costa shopping center in Bologna.
Every day they have 45 pallets to unload and move from the truck to the store within a maximum of two hours in order not to exceed the time limits set by the ZTL.
The route is on public ground with various pavements (tiled, asphalt, and bike lanes), and there are also manholes and ramps that hinder the movement.
The solution was RWK, fast for outdoor movements and so quiet
that it does not disturb the neighborhood early in the morning.
If they had known us earlier, they would have saved themselves a lawsuit
and a lot of money spent on machines that did not solve the problem.
NEW CLEANING GROUP
The new cleaning group is a multi-service company that also delivers linen to hotels.
The operator who travels from the truck to the hotel is often in difficulty due to the steep ramps to be faced with the load. In addition, he moves the goods by hand or with unsuitable trolleys, putting his own safety and that of passers-by at risk.
